Graze, opened in mid 2006, is set in the heart of the Brunswick Square district of Brighton and Hove on the site of a previous fine dining establishment 'Quentins', a very popular eatery for almost twenty years. A full refit resulted in an opulent yet unpretentious interior which has drawn on the history of both the regency surroundings and the famous Brighton Royal Pavilion.
Holding two AA rosettes, head chef Gethin Jones' menus feature intricate seven course tasting menus and an ever evolving Modern British a la carte.
Graze is a neighbourhood restaurant that offers both regular diners and new guests a slice of culinary heaven in a glamorous and sophisticated yet relaxed environment.
Road Directions
from the Clock Tower, travel west along Western Road until you reach Brunswick Square, the restaurant is just past this road on the south side of Western Road.
